  1. What is FilmBox+?

FilmBox+ is an entertainment service where you can watch hundreds of movies and series online with a single subscription. You may also watch live channels with your subscription.  


  1. Why should I subscribe?

FilmBox+ offers a large catalogue of content spanning all genres including Hollywood movies, favorite evergreens, worldcinema gems, popular TV series, all in one place and completely ad-free! You can browse through our catalgoue without having to subscribe. However, in order to watch all the content and create a favorites list you need a subscription.   


  1. How can I subscribe?

Registration is very easy. Register on our website: Go to www.filmbox.com, click on the "Login" button located at the header. Click on the "Sign Up" button, follow the steps outlined in the next page for registration. Register on your mobile phone: Go to app.filmbox.com from browser, click "Sign Up". Fill in the form and click on the "Sign Up" button to finalize your registration. You can also subscribe using your Google Play or iTunes/Apple accounts. To subscribe with Apple account, install FilmBox+ application, click on the “Account” menu on the bottom right and click “Log in”. Click “Sign Up”, fill in the form and click “Sign Up”. Choose your plan and click “Start my 7 day trial” button. Approve and make the payment with your Apple account on the next step.


  1. How can I update my account info?

You can update your account information through the FilmBox+ website and/or using the FilmBox+ app. To update through the website: If you want to update your account info, please visit www.filmbox.com and login to our service. Click on your username located at the header. Choose "My Account" from the drop-down menu. In the next page, click "Edit Account". Here you can make your changes using your name and your mobile phone number. To update using the app: Click on the three-line menu icon located on the top left of the page. Select "Account" then under the Profile tab, choose "Edit Account". Here you can make your changes using your name and your mobile phone number. 


  1. How can I cancel my subscription?

Please follow the steps below to cancel your FilmBox+ subscription. If you subscribed with your Google Play or Apple App Store (iTunes) account, you can cancel your FilmBox+ subscription using this account. To cancel subscription with Apple account, go to App Store, click on your account on the top right, click “Subscriptions” and then click “FilmBox+” and “Cancel subscription”. If you subscribed with a credit card, you can cancel your subscription through the website accessed via a PC or laptop only. Click on 'My Account' from the drop-down menu. Here, you will see the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page. You can use that link to cancel your subscription. If you are having trouble canceling your subscription, please send an email with the subject 'Cancellation' to support@filmbox.com. Our representatives will assist you with your request. If you have a FilmBox+ subscription through another service provider, please contact the customer service of that service provider to make the cancellation.


  1. In which countries can I use FilmBox+ service?

FilmBox+ is available worldwide. Our library of TV shows and movies varies based on the country and will change from time to time with some regions having localized interfaces and content.  


  1. Forgot password. What should I do?

On the website: When you click on the "Login" button, you will be asked to enter your e-mail address and password. If you don't remember your access credentials please check for systems emails from support@filmbox.com. If you are unable to find your credentials, please follow these steps. Step 1: Click on the "Forgot password" link. Step 2: Enter your email address. Step 3: After you enter your email address in the field, you will see the following message: If your entered email address is registered with us, you will be receiving a mail in your inbox/spam folder with further steps to reset your password. Step 4: Check your email for further instructions on how to reset your password. Step 5: Enter a new password and then confirm the password by re-entering it on filmbox.com login page. On the app: Click on the Menu icon located at the top left corner of the screen. Select "Login" and follow the steps mentioned above.   


  1. How can I change my password?

You can change your password through the FilmBox+ website and/or using the FilmBox+ app. To change your password via the website: Please visit www.filmbox.com. Log in with your access credentials. Click on your username on the header and select "My Account" from the drop-down menu. "My Account" page will be opened. On the next page, click the "Change Password" button then follow the steps on the next page to change your password. To change your password using the app: Click on the three-line menu icon located on the top left of the page. Select "Account" then under the Profile tab, choose "Change Password". Follow the steps on the screen to create your new password.  


  1. What is a voucher code?

Voucher code is a custom-built code that lets you use FilmBox+ for free or for a discounted price. You can either get this code through various campaigns or we apply this code to your account on periodic promotions.  


  1. How to use a voucher code?

You can activate your voucher code on either www.filmbox.com or through the application. In order to activate your code, you will need to create an account on FilmBox+. After you login with your credentials, select "My Account" from the drop-down menu. "My Account" page will be opened. On the next page, click on "Redeem Voucher" then enter the voucher code in the box and click on the "Redeem Voucher" button. 


  1. What is "7-days free trial"?

In order to experience FilmBox+, we give you a 7-days free trial. During the free trial, you can use all the features and watch unlimited content. You can cancel your free trial at any time.  


  1. Who can use "1-week free trial"?

All new subscribers can use the "1-week free trial".  


  1. Why do you need my credit card info for a free trial?

Your credit card info is needed for the renewal of your membership. Another reason is to avoid abuse of free trial membership from same users. This also helps us to serve you better. IMPORTANT NOTE: During your free trial, we never charge your subscription plan amount from your credit card. Only, 0.1 USD is charged to validate your credit card, after validation, we refund that amount. This amount is not going to be in your credit card statement because the transaction happens only between FilmBox+ systems and your bank.  


  1. What will happen after "1-week free trial"?

If you do not cancel within the week, your package subscription will be renewed and the monthly subscription fee will be charged from your credit card.  


  1. Under which circumstances, can I cancel my free trial?

You can cancel your free trial anytime for any reason.  


  1. Why was my credit card declined?

Credit or debit cards can be declined in the following cases: 1. Lack of funding, 2. If the fraud control system flags the user as suspicious. Please contact our Support team at support@filmbox.com to help you resolve the problem.  


  1. Why does the system cancel some transactions after the payment has been made?

A transaction can be cancelled by our payment gateway provider due to fraudulent activity. When the system recognizes a fraudulent activity, it automatically cancels the transaction and sends us a note so that we can revoke access to the account.  


  1. Is payment on your site secure?

Your contact and payment information are stored in an encrypted form that abides by the international security standards. Only you will be able to see this information.  


  1. What is "My List" and how can I use it?

"My List" is a list that lets you see all of your favorite content together on your main page. You can use the "Heart" icon on the content detail pages to create your own list. You will start to see your favorite movies or series listed on the main page under "Wishlist". If you want to remove any content on your list, go to the main page, hover over to the preferred content and click on the 3 stacked dots then click “Remove From This List". You can click on the Heart icon one more time to remove the content from your favorites on "My List".  


  1. What is "Continue Watching" and how can I use it?

In any device, if you pause while watching movies or series, you can continue watching from where you left off. Also, you can see the whole watch list under "Continue Watching" on both web and app on your main page after your login. If you want to remove any content from your list, go to the main page, hover over to the preferred content and click on the 3 stacked dots then click "Remove From This List".  


  1. Is there any subscription fee?

FilmBox+ is a paid service. The monthly package subscription fee is €4.99 (This amount could increase due to bank commission fees. For detailed information please contact your bank). If you think there is a mistake on the amount that you see on your credit card statement, please contact us at support@filmbox.com  


     22. How it is going to be presented in my credit card statement?

It may vary according to the country you live in. Ex: FilmBox+ LONDON…….If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@filmbox.com  


     23. Which channels can I watch on FilmBox+?

You can watch "Fightbox, Docubox, Fast and Funbox, Fashionbox, Arthouse, 360 Tunebox and Gametoon" channels. Live Channels may vary from country to country. You can see more details about the channels through the 'Channels' button on the header.  


     24. Are new movies added frequently?

We add new movies frequently. You will be notified about all of our newly added content via email. 


     25. What about the visual quality of your content?

The visual quality of our content is set automatically according to your internet speed and the devices used. In this way, you can watch all movies, videos and live channels continuously without a hitch. Please make sure your internet connection is stable and at least 2 Mbps to watch in high quality. In shared network connections, other devices that use the same internet connection (other Smart TV, PC, smartphone, etc.) may affect the speed of your connection, so it is recommended to use less devices at the same time while streaming.  


     26. On which devices, can I use FilmBox+?

Enjoy FilmBox+ on all screens anytime and anywhere! Not just on your PC; our apps are available on your tablet (Android, iOS), smartphone (Android, iOS).  


     27. Do I have to pay again to watch the videos on more than one device?

No, you can use the access credentials sent to you at the time of subscription to watch our content on more than one device.  


      28. If I resume a movie, can I continue watching on any other device?

Yes, you can continue watching our content from where you left off on any other device.  


      29. If I delete the application, will you still charge package fee?

Deleting an application does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have any active package subscriptions, you will continue to be charged recurringly until you cancel your subscription. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please send an email with the subject "Cancel" to support@filmbox.com or you can do it yourself by following the steps below: If you subscribed with your Google Play or Apple App Store (iTunes) account, you can cancel your FilmBox+ subscription using this account. To cancel subscription with Apple account, go to App Store, click on your account on the top right, click “Subscriptions” and then click “FilmBox+” and “Cancel subscription”. If you subscribed with a credit card, you can cancel your subscription through the website accessed via a PC or laptop only. Click on 'My Account' from the drop-down menu. Here, you will see the Manage Subscription option. You can cancel your subscription by following the steps provided. If you are having trouble canceling your subscription, please send an email with the subject 'Cancellation' to support@filmbox.com. Our representatives will assist you with your request. If you have a FilmBox+ subscription through another service provider, please contact the customer service of that service provider to make the cancellation.

 


       30. Valentine Campaign

The campaign is valid between February 1, 2021 – February 15, 2022, and the monthly membership fee will be €2.99 for memberships started within this date range. If the membership is canceled for any reason, the membership fee valid on the relevant date applies when re-registered. FilmBox reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign.


       31. How can I delete my account?

If your subscription already ended and you want to delete your account and all personal information; you can send an email with the subject “Delete My Account” to support@filmbox.com. Our support team will assist you with your request and inform you.
